The core system (sms1.redoxygen.net) has an uptime greater than 99.9% and is comprised of several Dell PowerEdge 2950 severs that are hosted in Pipe Network's DC3 data centre. There are multiple levels of redundancy and the system is monitored 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
