Queensland Premier Peter Beattie said, "RedOxygen has developed a low-cost corporate messaging solution for companies that need to keep in contact with an increasingly mobile workforce." RedOxygen, a global leader in corporate SMS text messaging software and platforms, announced it has received an award $5000 from the Queensland Government via the International Trade Show Assistance Program. "My Government established the International Trade Show Assistance Program in 2000 to help Queensland's ICT and biotech companies expand their export opportunities by attending international trade missions and trade shows," Premier Beattie said. He continued," One job in every five depends on exports so we must do everything we can to encourage companies to export." RedOxygen's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Steve Rockafellow said his company would use its grant to exhibit at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona next February. "The annual 3GSM World Congress is an extremely important marketing tool for our products because it's the international mobile industry's biggest and most well attended event, with almost 34,000 visitors attending this year", Mr Rockafellow said.
